The Challenge
Grove Park is a historic Atlanta neighborhood with deep roots and strong community ties.
But rising housing costs, absentee landlords, and rapid development have placed long-time residents at risk of displacement. Too often, revitalization happens to a neighborhood — not with the people who already live there Grove Park Renewal exists to change that.
